1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Rule)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Food supplements or consumable products that have been opened or unsealed

  • Products that are used, damaged, or not in resale condition

  • Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, for health protection or hygiene reasons

  • Any item excluded from return under applicable EU law

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All seals, labels, and safety packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Your contact details

5. Return of Goods

5.1 Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

5.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

5.3 We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

6.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6.3 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6.4 Original delivery charges may be excluded from the refund, except where required by EU law.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@theorganicpharma.com.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including applicable delivery costs),
    in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

8. Manufacturer Responsibility

The Organic Pharma acts as a retailer and distributor.
Product formulation, ingredients, and manufacturing quality remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU law.
